When can employees enroll their dog or cat in pet insurance?
There’s no open enrollment period with Fetch, so employees can sign up any time. Fetch Pet Insurance covers dogs and cats 6 weeks and older, but to get as much pet insurance coverage as possible, it's best to sign up before they need it.
Do employees need to re-enroll annually?
No. Employees will receive a notification 60 days prior to the policy renewal date regarding any policy updates. Their policy will automatically renew as long as they don't cancel their
pet's coverage.
Are there different enrollment options?
Fetch offers direct billing which makes setup fast and easy and provides more flexibility for employees instead of being forced into a one-size-fits-all plan. Employees can customize their plan by adjusting the max annual payout, annual deductible and reimbursement rate, so they’ll be able to find a price that fits their budget.
Are there any setup or admin costs?
There are no costs to the employer associated with offering Fetch Pet Insurance to employees. They will get a dedicated Fetch account representative that will set up a landing page where employees can enroll, provide marketing collateral and set up webinars for employees to
learn more.
